Greetings to everyone , My name is Sumreena Mukhtar Mir , Resident of Jammu and Kashmir district Srinagar and Area Ahmad Nagar ,I Myself a Private teacher and has 10 years of teaching experience from different schools , I had done B.sc ,than B.ed , after that M.sc in Dietitics and Nutrition ,and Also Master in Education ,and Now I am Persuing Ph.d in Education from Apex University Jaipur . As I belong to the Jammu kashmir State and on 5 August 2019 Article 370 was Removed , and internet , School ,Colleges got closed , And After 10 Months on 12th of May 2020 2g internet was restored in Some Districts ,School was still off due to Covid19 ,Now it was very tough time especially for private teachers because from 5August 2019 they didn’t release salary for Almost 10 Months ,and I was also a victim of that situation , And Now a moment Came I think It is better to think out of Box without wasting time ,then I start my Online teaching Career from June 2020 ,First I teach my cousins ,After that I thought It is better to Give Advertisement on My Facebook Account and Share my Posts on different Groups , and I start advertisements “ online Individual tution available for Mathematics from Class 4 th to 10th for registration watsap -9906468551 and also u can submit fee at the End of the month” and After this only one Student from District Anantnag joined from class 7 th ,and in next ,Month other two Students joined from Different schools but I Teach them individually for 4 months almost by using My Android Mobile and Small White Board , I didn’t use tripod etc , but these Months Were Hactic because of teaching 2 or 3 Students ,Because of 2g Speed only Few Students Joined ,But After restoration of 4g internet on 6 Feb 2021 , I almost gave 5 Advertisement in a day in different Social Media, And By the Grace of Almighty Many Students joined from Different States ,Districts even Different Countries .Mostly Students From Kargil ,LadaKh ( Far Flung Areas ) , Also students from district Baramulla , Anantnag , Bandipora joines , From Delhi , Mumbai, and Also Kashmiri Residents From Saudi Arabia, Sharjah ,Riyad ,Qatr ,Kuwait .joined .This time I have Groups .
Now I am teachings in Groups but after restoration of 4g I installed Zoom app on Laptop , and Teach from my Laptop ,and I Inspired many youths ,Some teachers follow me on my Facebook then contact me and told me that we also want to Start Online teaching ,then I Give theirs numbers to my online Students for different Subjects , This time I Have almost 70 Students from different countries ,Districts .The unemployment Rate is very high also due to Covid financial crises arise, also depression cases increase especially among Youths ,They became Drug Addict ,etc and also I believe in Myself and thus Start my Journey , And After that I Spend little Money for Making My own App in Play Store “ Brains trust learning institute” . In that App Students Play Quiz , Can Ask Question in Doubt Session etc. I always Try to Motivate and Inspire my Students .I teach them with great Enthusiasm ,Students Also Enjoy With me Especially in Mathematics Class , I first clear concepts and then they send me Each and Every Part in my Watsap and I check Whether Student That part and see Where is the Mistake ,then I Repeat and Sometimes Give Extra Time to weak Students .Teaching is in My Blood .No one can Stop me Whether it is Covid or any issue .Teaching is my Passion and I told Each and Every Student you can ask me question 24x7 “Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable”
