Srinagar: Mutton issue has been solved today after meeting between Div com,director food,kashmir economic alliance and mutton dealers at div com office final rate is Rs 535 without offal per kg and Rs 490 with offal.
The fresh rates would be applicable across Kashmir from tomorrow.
