> 1. JKSSB advertised 8575 Class IV Posts of all three cadres viz., UT/ Div./District Cadre in Sept 2020.
> 2. The written exam was held on 28th/ 29th Feb and 1st March 2021, in which 3.28 lakh candidates out of enrolled 4.04 lakh candidates participated.
> 3. This written test became the largest ever single examination conducted in the history of J&K, breaking the record of another recently held written examination for 1889 posts of Accounts Assistant Panchayat, wherein 1.65 lakh candidates paparticipated.
> 4. The result of written test/ tentative merit position in light of the laid down criteria has been declared today on 25-05-2021.
> 5. This will be followed by document verification & allocation of cadres/ Departments based on principle of merit cum preferences.
> 6. Then selection list will be prepared for making recommendations to the Indenting Departments.
> 7. It is the largest ever one time recruitment exercise undertaken in J&K, both in terms of number of posts as well as number of candidates participated.

1.Qualified doesn’t mean selected.
2. Candidates figure in district/division/ut Cadres so final selection list will be very much different.
3. Lot of candidates will be disqualified or will be alloted less or more marks as per criteria after document verification.
4. And if Graduates are disqualified Cuttoff will be 30% less.
