Appointment of candidates as Depot Assistant in Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department Kashmir under Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Special package for Kashmiri Migrants and Non~ Migrants Kashmiri Pandits.

The appointee shall report to the concerned Assistant Directors – Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir as shown uguinst each and shall be allowed to join only on production of the following documents; certificates (in original) wherever applicable to be verified subsequently:-

Academic Qualification Certificate(s).

Date of Birth Certificate.

Domicile Certificate.

Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer.

No loan certificate under Self Employment Scheme from DIC concerned and Employment Department.

Migrant certificate

Non-Migrant Certificate (For Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandits) from the concerned Revenue authority

The appointee who fails to join within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of issuance of this order, shall forfeit his/ her right and his/ her appointment shall be deemed to have been canceled abi-initio without any further notice as per Circular No. 08-JK(GAD) of 2019 dated 04-12-2019 issued by General Administration Department.
