This is the golden period for the Central government employees. Union government released many announcements which are favour to the employees. In the next month central government employees will get lots of gifts from the government. In the list of that gifts Dearness Allowance, Fitment factor are included.

As per the sources, the fitment factor benefit will provide to the employees from September 1, 2022 onwards. Overall 52 Lakh employees will get benefits from this scheme. Fitment factor is an essential thing when calculating the basic salary of central employees. By this the salary of central employees increases by more than two and half times.

By the revised fitment factor employees working under the Union government across the nation will get the increased salary amount of Rs.50, 000 to 1 Lakh. This revision of the salary hike is decided under the 8th pay commission by the Union government. After the 7th Pay Commission, now the 8th Pay Commission can be brought and it can be implemented from January 1, 2026.
