The Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor (LG) Manoj Sinha has scrapped the recruitment process for Assistant Registrars (AR) and Junior Assistants (JA) at the Kashmir University after “serious complaints” of alleged malpractices, official sources said on Monday.
